Tuesday, Jun. 21 - Sunday, Aug. 7
M-F, 12 noon-9 p.m. Saturdays/Sundays, 11 a.m.-9 p.m.
Monday, Aug. 8 - Monday, Sep. 5
M-F, 11 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturdays/Sundays, 11 a.m.-8 p.m.
Tuesday, Sep. 6 - Sunday, Sep. 11M-F, 3 p.m.-8 p.m. Saturdays/Sundays, 12 noon-9 p.m.
Please Note That There ARE Pool Closings!
The pool will be CLOSED after 5:00 p.m. on the following Monday evenings for swim meets:
Monday, June 20 and Monday, July 11
And the following Tuesday evenings for dive meets:
Tuesday, July 12 and Tuesday, July 26
The pool will also be CLOSED from 9 a.m. to 12 noon for swim meets on the following days:
Saturday, June 25; Saturday, July 2; Monday, July 4; and Saturday, July 23
The pool will CLOSE after 6 p.m. on Tuesday, July 19 and REMAIN CLOSED ALL DAY on Wednesday, July 20 for the NVSL All Star Relay Meet. (Members of Hayfield Farm Swim Club are, however, invited to swim at our fellow NVSL pool, Virginia Hills, on July 20 while Hayfield Farm Swim Club hosts the All Star Relay Meet.)
2011 HFSC Pool Dues
If you did not pay your pool dues by May 1, 2011, you have missed the last deadline for payment and your share will be leased. Once your share is leased, you will not have access to the pool for the season.
Guest Fees & Other FeesGuest Fees: Age 3 and under are free, Ages 4 and above are $3.00. There is no distinction between a swimming and non-swimming guest.
House Guest: A 1-week pass is $10/person, $25/family or a 1-month pass is $25/person, $50/family. (See the Documents page to download the required form, or pick one up at the pool.)
Caregiver/Nanny Pass: A summer pass is $25. The caregiver's children are $25/child. Caregiver may not bring a non-member child who is not a member of the immediate family; caregiver may not visit pool without member's child. (See the Documents page to download the required form, or pick one up at the pool.)
Childcare Provider: (pool member who provides child care for non-member children) for a 1-month pass pays $20/child, or $50/child for the summer. (See the Documents page to download the required form, or pick one up at the pool.)
Pavilion Reservation Fee: A $25 refundable reservation fee is required to reserve either of the two large pavilions. Members need to come to the pool IN PERSON and fill out the Pool Party Guest List Form to sign up for the party reservation. (See the Documents page to download the Pool Party Guest List Form, or pick one up at the pool.) In the event of a "no show," the deposit will not be returned.
Other Information
Swimming Lessons: A schedule will be available at the front desk of the clubhouse once the pool opens for the 2011 season.
Diaper Covers Required: All babies and toddlers MUST wear a tight-fitting plastic or rubber pant over a swim diaper. Please remind older children of the importance of using the bathroom before they enter the pool. Only you can prevent pool closings.
